Sin Examined part 1

Sin Defined

Sin has been defined by some theologians as seperation from God, and by some as enmity with God.

The first definition shows that a SINNER has been SEPERATED from God while the second shows that a SINNER is having an ENMITY with God.

1 SEPERATION

Seperation shows that one has been distanced from God. So logically, if one sins it can be said that HE SEPERATED FROM GOD.

This logic is complete.

Take as an illustration, Adam and Eve, both were with God, but when they sinned, they hid from God: they SEPERATED from God.

Ge.3:7-10 | KJV
7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.
8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.
9 And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?
10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

See that? Adam never SEPERATED from God until his HOLY BLINDNESS was destroyed by sin.

We shall examine this holy blindness someday.

Until Cain killed his brother, he never questioned God.

Until a man sins, he can be in good terms in heaven.

Atheism is not sin, it is a product of sin.

You cannot be an atheist until you feel you need to be your own god.

Atheism evolves around the divination of man.

Until man sees a kind of Independence and freedom to do, think or say as he likes without obeying God, he can't be atheistic.

Sin is SEPERATION.

Now let's talk about David.

He was a choir leader, a king, a man after God's heart until when? Until he sinned, until he committed adultery and then was SEPERATED from God:

He lied, he cheated, he had no joy of the holy Ghost then and went to the extreme of murdering an innocent soldier.

Friend, the moment you begin to sin, you will sin the more to protect your sin.

Example:

I stole, what must I do to protect stealing? I must lie; and what must protect that? I must bribe; and it goes on and on.

Do you know why?

Sin seperates and seperates till one is in Hell.

What is the cure? JESUS.

2 ENMITY

Ro.3:23 | KJV
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

If you sin, you fight against the GOD-PARTICLE of your nature which is His glory.

The GOD-PARTICLE is His glory, His spirit breathed in every human being.

Prison Meditations by Bunyan

Prison Meditations by Bunyan Friend, I salute thee in the Lord,  And wish thou may'st abound In faith, and have a good regard  To keep on holy ground. Thou dost encourage me to hold  My head above the flood; Thy counsel better is than gold:  In need thereof I stood. Good counsel's good at any time;  The wise will it receive, Tho' fools count he commits a crime  Who doth good counsel give. I take it kindly at thy hand  Thou didst unto me write; My feet upon Mount Zion stand,  In that take thou delight. I am indeed in prison now  In body, but my mind Is free to study Christ, and how  Unto me he is kind. For tho' men keep my outward man  Within their locks and bars, Yet by the faith of Christ I can  Mount higher than the stars. Their fetters cannot spirits tame,  Nor tie up God from me; My faith and hope they cannot lame;  Above them I shall be. I here am very much refreshed  To think, when I was out I preach...

A Compassionate God

THE FATHER'S COMPASSION TEXT LUKE 15:17-20 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father`s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, 19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. 20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. Good morning friends. Before I start my message, I must thank you for having to spend time to be in this group and to read and study the words of our God and Maker who gave us His Bible for a guide in every thing. Let's pray. Dear God, I am very happy 😄 to be here as a preaching preacher in Africa who not minding the trending apostasy of his brothers in Christ still stands to preach the full words o...
